Great way to end our trip. Exceptionally clean hotel, attentive team members at reception desk. Reasonably priced rooms, air-conditioned and nicely furnished with lovely balcony looking into tree canopy.

Appreciated the place, had a great stay for 2 nights. The staff and the owner were all very polite and welcoming. The location was premier, a 10-15 minute walk from Pantai Semawang.
All was good.

The location is good - on the beach. Hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Good hotel for relaxing.
There is not alot to do in the immediate area except for water/beach related activities. The air conditioner in the room shuts off when you leave the room - very warm when you return. It was also very loud.

The lush gardens with old banyan trees were a highlight, and the improved breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, making my mornings good.

The beach and sea were conducive for my 3 yr old, as the beach was cleaned daily, and the sea was calm owing to the breakwater being about a kilometer out. The grounds were nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfasts were good.
The kids club was an afterthought and the kids playground facilities were rusting.

We booked this room purely because of the rate, and weren't expecting too much after reading the reviews on here. But was so much better than we thought it was going to be! Sure, the hotel is a little dated, but it still has a certain charm to it and the grounds were quite lovely. Rooms were perfectly fine and staff were lovely. Great location for seeing different parts of Bali, and much quieter than somewhere like Kuta. Definite value for money.

Six nights in a Beautiful King Room were good, with a fine beachfront lined with clean, well-maintained deck chairs perfect for sunrise views. The breakfast buffet impressed, and I appreciated the friendly, attentive service, including a thoughtful birthday cake surprise. The room cleaning wasn't as thorough as expected, the wi-fi connection was inconsistent, and some common areas could use a refresh.

I really loved the hotel. Very friendly staff, wonderful location, beautiful territory & pool. Value for money is really good. If I go to Bali again, I'll definitely stay at Mercury again and will also recommend it to my friends.

The pool was great and breakfast was good. The internet access was cheap and in a nice location. Loved the piano in the internet area as people would randomly play. Internet lounge was a great place to read the paper.
The beach was disappointing. The beach area was nice and clean but the water was very weedy.

We loved the beautiful pools and lovely gardens, perfect for our family time. Exploring the nearby beach was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options every morning. One morning, they even packed us a takeaway breakfast for our early tour.
My kids wished there were more activities poolside for families. It would certainly keep them engaged while we relax a bit more.

This was our 4th stay here. Grounds are spectacular, a peaceful tropical paradise with private beach. Rooms are comfortable but basic. Staff are efficient and friendly and speak good English.
I would prefer to pay a bit more and get a few more luxuries in the room, but this hotel is far better value than those nearby with similar locations but higher spec rooms.

Nice hotel, good food, nice location...the beach was dirty and needs to be clean with a group of people every day, the hotel should really employ few full time people to do the job of cleaning the beach from all the dirt that gets whashed up on the shore!

A Taste of Tropical Bliss
Woke up to colorful flowers blooming just outside our balcony. The staff's warm hospitality, and the beach was just steps away.
Unfortunately, the shower could use some updates, with water splashes escaping due to the lack of a proper door. Some damp smells lingered, too.
